The Lexus Service Dept. provided excellent communication regarding my car’s issues and needs. The prices were very reasonable and my car was done at the quoted time.
Excellent customer service! Daniel Perez, our service manager was very professional, courteous and an asset to the dealership. He went above and beyond on our service appt, took the time to explain everything clearly and reviewed all my prior service to ensure no service was being repeated unnecessarily. He was extremely efficient , responsive, and highly professional—I won't take my car anywhere else!

The service at Lexus of Albuquerque is unmatched. The atmosphere is friendly. Their drink bar is impressive. The service texts are always helpful and friendly. The courtesy car wash is awesome, and I couldn't imagine not owning a Lexus and having access to their services. Ten out of ten recommend.

I have been doing business with Lexus of Albuquerque since 2003 and they have always had perfect service.
Our sales rep Luis was great. He was extremely helpful and followed up on all our issues. Jacob the technical advisor came to our house and helped us feel comfortable with all the electronics. Customer service at Lexus is above expectations!

I had the best experience at Lexus of Albuquerque, very professional, honest, cars are kept very clean. When i decided i needed a newer vehicle there was only one place I went. Lexus of Albuquerque because of their excellent service department that i used with a prior vehicle.
Easy to work with. Very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. No issues.
The check-in was very quick. They notified me in a couple hours and I was able to pick up my car much sooner than I expected.

Made arrangements to have recall part installed.. I ask they had the part.. they notified me yes, they had part. Drove from south of town.. no part. Another trip .. kind of an inconvenience.
Mel , provided excellent customer service. When my vehicle was completed he, noticed that my tires were missing the tire stem caps. He ran back to the Service department and when he came back he put them on the tires. Wow who does that? Mel went above and beyond his service.

I always work with Robert in the service department. He’s pleasant, professional and easy to talk to.
Fast, easy scheduling. The waiting area is clean, with nice seating options for guests. The service team is on point, with friendly, personable service every time I visit. Quick turn around time on scheduled service, with a minimal additional wait when at risk issues were found- namely brakes and fluids that pose safety risks. I didn’t mind waiting at the dealership, for the above mentioned reasons, but it’s nice having the option to use the complimentary ride share if needed. Overall, I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of maintenance on my Lexus.

Lexus of Albuquerque takes care of owner’s of Lexus and their cars. The dealer offers the spectacular service special March Madness for oil change and filter. Their new service advisor, Melvin Rosas, although only his third day on duty, did a great job for the customer. He is the best of your employees!

The sales team, particularly Tony, was slow to respond. The finance team, led by Ms. Kelly Medina, was rude and pushy. They refused to honor the initial negotiated price and were vague about the current promotional offer. I am switching from Acura after 20 years to Lexus because Lexus offers newer, more advanced technology. However, in terms of customer service, Acura has far surpassed Lexus. The Lexus team seemed disinterested and too busy to value my business.
