Lexus service is always excellent. Adrian was professional and efficient. The waiting area is very comfortable and they have a great coffee machine! I was in for a routine service, and they found some other problems reported them quickly and were able to take care of it in the spot.

I would rate my experience very highly. The customer service I got was excellent. The service manager was so nice and friendly he went above and beyond. He helped me find out how to get my speakers to come on in the back. I used a coupon and I got a great rate! The waiting area is comfortable with snacks , tv and drinks. Every visit to Lexus of Albuquerque is top-notch, whether it be for sales or service. I brought in both of my hybrid cars for service, was given a loaner/extended test drive electric vehicle and decided to trade in both and buy an electric. Wow !!I had some questions/ concerns about a prior visit and Monte Porter manager put me in touch with Kevin service manager and Juan service These guys went above and beyond in regards to servicing my 2019 RX 350 . They took excellent care of my vehicle and wouldn’t let me pay anything because they felt that I hadn’t had the service prior that Lexus is known for .Yes I will be back and I will highly recommend this dealership.
