I had a great experience buying from Lexus of Albuquerque. Super professional. I bought a certified used car from Fabricio. He went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was smooth and that my car got the the mechanical loving attention it needed before the purchase. Love the new dealership, but I hate no privacy when in the service department. Very bad design there i expected better from lexus.
They performed the services that I requested and addressed the issues that I had concerns about. Lexus also helped me look into certain issues regarding ventilated seating on new models versus older models.
Remodel of the building looks spectacular and top notch service like always and especially Robert Estrada always knowledgeable and taking care of his customers.

Customer waiting area is comfortable, beautiful and a relaxing space. Staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. The drop off area was fantastic garage door opened drove in and I was greeted instantly. Beautiful new building looking forward to getting my car serviced again.

The salesman was very helpful. He told us all the options available for what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy At ALL! This was Mike Paquet. Another young man helped us while Mike was helping another customer. This young man entertained our offers and helped us make a great deal. Mike sat in the car with us and got us connected to the vehicle through our phone and went over some of the IT options. It was a good experience.

Purchased this CPO Lexus LS460 and my experience at Lexus of Albuquerque was just so special. I highly recommend Lexus of Albuquerque although I would never buy a hybrid lol I got one as a loaner car and it’s just an odd concept. But again overall so happy with the dealership and planning on going back and getting a LX570 with the same or similar crazy warranty that covers paint dings dents scratches and oil changes.
